Teacher Term
When you apply to become an instructor with Painoversity (“Us”, “We”), you agree to abide by these Instructor Terms (“Terms”).
As an instructor, you are responsible for all that you teach or not teach a student. You are responsible with the way you interact with students and parents of students.
You grant Pianoversity the rights to use the information or other materials (such as photos, videos and the likes) you gave Us when you are applying to teach with Us or thereafter to market, post on our social channels and/or send to students.
You agree that you’ll not use any student’s data you received from Us for any other purpose other than providing your services to those students.
When applying to teach with Us, you will be prompted to select a base price ("Base Price") for your lesson rate per month from a list of available price tiers. But We can contact you to take on a student, even if it is below the price you provided.
For us to pay you in a timely manner, you must provide Us with a functioning Nigerian bank account. Typically, payment is made after your first lesson with a student. But we reserve the right to withhold payments if a student decides not to continue lessons with you after your first lesson.
From time to time, We may update these Terms to clarify our practices or reflect new or different practices, and Pianoversity reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means such as by email notice sent to the email address you gave to us when applying to teach with Us or by posting a notice through our blog or social media. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.
Your continued use of our Services, eg. accepting students from Us, after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
